Description

Bradley Pen and Pencil Set from E. F. Johnson Co. Material: metal, plastic, textile. (a) Case. Size: 2 7/8" x 6 1/2" x 3/4". Description: gray plush covered flip top case rimmed in gold band; inside ivory cloth liner, stamped in gold, "Bradley"; plush covered molded insert for pen and pencil. (b) Mechanical pen. Size: 1/4" diameter x 5 1/4". Description: matte gray shaft with gold tip, center band, cap and pocket clip; stamped in gold along top, "E. F. Johnson". (c) Mechanical Pencil. Size: 1/4" diameter x 5 1/4". Description: matte gray shaft with gold tip, center band, cap and pocket clip; stamped in gold along top, "E. F. Johnson". (d) Instructions.

Context

Donor's husband, Jerry McCarthy was a long time employee of the E. F. Johnson Company and was a recipient of employee appreciation gifts from the company on numerous occasions.
