Material: metal. Size: 5 5/8" W. x 6 1/2" L. Color and description: tin-colored, slightly concave disk pierced with a diamond pattern - thumb handle is punched for hanging.

Context

Belonged to Anna Lange of Janesville. Milk was cooled in shallow pans and cream skimmed to make butter.
