Context

Each year the city of Waseca celebrated the winter with the crowning of a Sleigh & Cutter Princess as well as community activities including a Medallion Search, a Pageant, a Parade, guessing the identify of a local person in the disguise of "Mr. Frosty", winter sporting activities, competitions and entertainment.
