Description: white cardboard disk; line drawing of new courthouse printed across front; printed information: "The New Court House dedicated Sept. 2, 1897" on one side; printed on reverse: "Waseca County Herald. Murphy the Printer. The old Court House 1870 - 1896"; gold braided cord extends through a hole at the top.
