Description: black felt with black canvass lining; wrap-around design with black leather strap extending from bottom edge with a silver metal buckle on other side to wrap around ankle; outer closure with black shiny buttons on one side and four button holes on the other side; white paper label with black print: "These Spats Are Full Cut And Are Made Of Genuine All Wool Spat Fabric Waterproofed U.S. Gov't Formula To Insure Proper Resistance To Rain And Snow Do Not Wash-Dry Clean Only"; gold print inside: "7285 8".
