Material: metal. Size: 9" W. x 13" L. in storage position. Description: green tree stand - three attached legs swivel inward to hold tree in place. On one side of stand is a sticker with print: "The Little Giant - Made in U.S.A.- Patent No. 1,898,300". Metal is rusty inside opening.
