Material: textile, metal. Size: 2 3/8" W. x 17 1/2" L. Description: light blue silk ribbon - 7/8" W. light pink ribbon extends down the center of the blue ribbon - 1/2" W. band of ecru lace edge both sides of pink ribbon - center trimmed with 1 1/2" W. blue and pink ribbon rosettes - 1 1/2" L. metal buckles on each end - 3 1/2" W. light blue ribbon rosettes cover buckles - 3/4" W. elastic band threaded through under pink ribbon.
