Carpet Stretcher. Material: wood, metal. Size: 1 3/4" x 16 3/4" L. Description: natural oak - two rectangular bars - (a) wooden bar - black metal toothed bar riveted to one side - black metal head bracketed to one end. (b) wooden bar - two metal bail handles looped through four hookeyes on one side - nine hooked nails driven through one side (three missing).
