Description: black wool knit; hip length tunic style over attached shorts; green knit cap sleeves; closure at both shoulders with three black buttons and buttonholes; beige and black horizontal stripes at lower edge of overskirt; designer label inside back neckline: "A Genuine J.E. Watte Co. Garment 'Right in the Swim', Chicago".
