Women's Suit. Material: textile and metal. (a) Jacket. Size: 20" W. x 29" L. Description: taupe virgin wool gabardine - small rolled collar with rounded lapels high at each shoulder - V-neckline - long set-in sleeves - one faux pocket at each side of jacket at hipline each trimmed with two fabric covered buttons - hand topstitching around collar, lapels and pocket trim - one-button closure at waistline - one hook and eye at bottom of V-neckline. (b) Skirt. Size: 15 1/2" W. at waistline x 25" W. at hemline x 31 1/2" L. Description: taupe wool gabardine - mid calf length - straight skirt - kick pleats at center front and center back hemline - back closure with zipper and one gray button.

Women's two-piece suit. Worn by Ella Hansen during the time when her husband Berton was commander of Commandery No. 4 of Mankato for special occasions in the 1940s.
