Description: clear plastic syringe - black print: "10-60 cc" - syringe inside white plastic bag - front of bag: "Syringe for Maintenance Storz 3365 Tree Court Industrial Blvd., St. Louis, MO U.S.A. 63122-6694" - back of bag blue print: "Notice This instrument is intended to be used only for the purpose for which it was designed. It is the surgeon's responsibility to become familiar with the proper technique for the use of this instrument. Please inspect and clean this instrument before placing it in service. All Storz instruments are carefully inspected and packed before they leave our factory but because of their delicate nature, damage during transit or unpacking may occur. Any particulate or protective coatings must be removed before use."
