Description: tan cardstock - Chicago Northwestern System logo in center; black and red ink printing on front: "Chicago and North Western Railway Employee 1926 No. 33168 Pass" - hand typed: "Mr. J.J. Mitchell, Wife & Sons John Jr (8) William (6) Dtr Margurite (16) Freight Conductor Stas. on Minn. Mad. & Wis. Divs. Sleepy Eye Minn"; reverse side print: limitations, conditions, certification and handwritten signature of John J. Mitchell.
