C&NW Railroad Conductor's Pass. Material: paper. Size: 2 3/8" W. x 3 3/4" L. Description: green cardstock green and white print: Chicago North Western System logo printed in a repeating pattern; black ink printing on front: "Chicago And North Western System 1951-52 D40084 Pass Mr. J.J. Mitchell Retired Conductor Waseca, Minn."; hand signed by Mitchell reverse side: conditions of the pass.

Context

Waseca County Railroads - Chicago & Northwestern (C & NW). Found with railroad passes, train, membership cards & photographs in an envelope with the following handwritten note: "Chicago Northwestern Railroad pass. Donated by Lowell Mitchell, son of John Mitchell".
