Tobacco Ration Card. Size: 3 3/4" x 1 1/2" Description: Small orange-colored card with the following details printed on it: War Department--Tobacco Ration Card, Expires 29 October 1945. In small print at top it reads: Bureau Budget 4-R250, and a large "M" is printed to the right of the expiration date. The card has the serial number 378020 E. Information that was filled in are as follows-- Issued to: Atkinson, Leland M and signed by him; Army Serial No.: 17036145; Signature Karl Q. Hogquist, Rank Capt. AGD; Issued by: PW Camp, Station: Dermott, Arkansas. On the right-hand side are boxed numbers to be cut off as rations are disbursed. Numbers are doubled and 22-26 are still intact. The number 437447 C is written in large type at the lower right side.Context
