Hodgson for outstanding contributions to American Agriculture Presented by the Federal Land Bank of Saint Paul"; wooden square mounted on base, center circular cut out to hold medal, stamped on medal: "Golden Anniversary Federal Land Banks 1917-1967"; stamped on reverse side: "Dedicated to America's Farmers Providers of Plenty".
