Description: black leather over wood - hinged, footed on one end - closure with lock but no key - handle - metal brackets inside for hooking onto typewriter - oil can holder. (b) Typewriter. Material: metal, textile. Size: 10 1/2" W. x 6" H. x 10 L. Description: black metal Coronoa portable typewriter - black and red inked ribbon - sticker on front: "Corona" - gold print above keys: "Corona" - gold print along base: "Corona Typewriter Company, Inc. Groton N.Y. U.S.A. 3" - gold print at back: "Patented Mar. 8, 1904 Feb. 8, 1910 Other Patents Pending Also Patented in Foreign Countries."

Purchased from Claude Howard's auction, who worked in Freeborn bank, used for many years by the Hansen's. 2343 b,c,d inside case 2343a.
