Waseca City Band Uniform Hat. Material: textile, leather, metal. Size: 8 5/8" W. x 9 1/2" L. x 4 7/8" H. Description: black felted wool crown with two metal eyelet vents on each crown side; black ribbed hat band extends around lower crown; gold cord front band attached to sides with gold tone metal buttons; black patent leather front visor with green lining; gold metallic cord cap badge lyre shaped; "Waseca" printed across front; black cotton crown lining; brown leather sweatband; handwritten on sweatband: "DEP" for D. E. Perrin.
