(a) Blouse. Material: textile, plastic. Size: 17 1/2" W. x 23" L. Description: green cotton - v-neckline - notched collar forms narrow lapels - front closure with six green buttons stamped with the GSA emblem - 1 1/2" W. belt attached at sides of waistline buttons in back with one green GSA button - short cuffed sleeves - shoulder pads - green patch with red, white and blue shield lettered "Girl Scouts USA" attached at left shoulder - inside tag: "Official Girl Scouts, New York, 100% Cotton". (b) Skirt. Material: textile, plastic, metal. Size: 27 1/2" L. x 22" W. Description: green cotton - straight skirt - street length - side closure with metal zipper and button at waistband.
