Description: green sash; GSA patches, pins and badges attached: 1) red and green banner patch imprinted with “Caprock Council”; 2) four gold service stars pinned under troop number 204; 3) two square patches; 4) gold wings patch; 5) round patches representing various areas of merit attached to front and back.
