U. S. Navy Uniform: Herbert Streitz and W H Owen. Material: textile, plastic, metal. (a) Jumper. Size: 18" across shoulders x 24" L. Description: navy blue wool pullover top with wide sailor collar edged with three white stripes; left side outside pocket and right inside zippered pocket; long sleeves with three white stripes encircling each cuff and two black button fasteners with a stamped with an anchor; white stencil identification inside waistband: Owen, E. H.; yellow eagle patch on upper right bodice.
