Description: black Bakelite - clear plastic face at top - black numbered Weston meter under plastic: "1, 2, 3, 4, 5 x 1000" - brown leather strap attached to black box - two black rubber wires attached to black box - red rubber insulated handles with metal hooks extend from wires.
