Description

Foot Warmer. Material: metal, wood. Size: 8" W. x 6" H. Description: copper-lined brass rectangular pan with hinged lid pierced with circular and diamond shapes. Wire grate over hinged lid and wooden grip handle attached with bail wire to two sides.

Context

From the Searle family. Coals were put inside the foot warmer and the feet sat upon the grate.
