Letter: Handwritten in Blue ink on letter head reading "Dr. F.W. Wichman, Tenino, Wash" Written by him and Ray K. Mackel to the future openers of the time capsule, explaining some of the contents being placed in the time capsule. Placed in a time capsule in a monument for Grand Mound Lodge No.3 on May 3, 1941. Opened by the Grand Lodge of Washington in 2010.
