Medal: Blue ribbon with silver. Pin in the shape of the Masonic Temple of Spokane, trowel hanging from it. On the back of the trowel: "49th Annual Communication Grand Lodge of Washington, F&AM, Spokane, June 1906" On the back of the temple, " Masonic Temple Cornerstone Laid October 6, 1904. Dedicated June 14, 1906."
