Photograph: Prince Akihito of Japan being handed the Lafayette Lodge No. 241 Bible for signing, as he is seated in a car outside the Olympic Hotel (October 4, 1960) On the back is written: " Prince Akihito of Japan about to sign the Lafayette Bible while seated in a Cadillac in entrance to Olympic Hotel. Princess alongside of him. Harold B. Jeffery is presenting the Bible for signature. Douglas H. Cairns took the picture."
