Description

Tin triangular shaped object holding magnesium ribbon. The small button on the side if depressed will feed out the ribbon, which when ignited will flame brightly.

Context

The magnesium ribbon burns a brilliant white light used for contact-printing negatives but could also be used as a light source for photographs.
