Semi-circular blade - known as a saddlers 'round-knife' or 'moon-knife'. Made by Joseph Dixon and marked 'Warranted'.

Context

Dixon tools for saddlery and leather work started being made in 1843 and only stopped production a few years ago. They traded under the name James Dixon or T. Dixon and Sons over the years.
