The words, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (emblem of eagle) BI-CENTENNIAL, are printed in black bold letters on flap of back of envelope. 1776 * 1976 is printed in blue with red stripes with a silhoutte in the 6 on the back of the envelope.Acquisition
