Page 5 is the Charter Roster that includes the Charter presentaton date, the first officers elected, when, where and the time meetings would be held.
Page 6 is more of the same Charter Roster of Wauun Lions Club.
Pages 7 & 8 are meeting minutes of January 3 and January 17,1963 as recorded by G.M. Reichhoff, Secretary.
Pages 9 & 10 begin the alphabetical membership lists of District 27-A2, Waupun, Wisconsin 53963. The page lists the members name, the date they joined, statis, and their sponsor if applicable. A "Key" is provided to determine the statis of each member.
Pages 11 & 12 continue members list.
Page 13 is the membership list ending with Zacharis but should have been Zillmer. More alphabetical order discrepancies and multiple spellings exist in the rest of the list.
Page 14 includes names of members with no particular sort except each one is coded as being (N) new members. There is no date or name sort and some of the names are listed on another page of members list. This is where women's names begin to appear on the roster.
This list concludes on page 15 with Kimberly Stobb.
Page 16 is the clubs membership list as of 9/12/2010. This list is located in the same sleeve and directly behind page15.
Page 17 is data that shows members brought in and members lost through transfer, death, moved, resigned and non attendance.
