Invoice from The Handcrafters of Waupun, Wisconsin to Verena Burkhart of Buffalo, N. Y. The invoice is brown in color with the printed parts in a darker brown. Filled in by hand, in pencil, indicates the charge was $1.00 for a set of manuals. Dated 9/5/40. Printed at the bottom edge of the Invoice: "We will gladly replace any materials that are defective in manufacture. Claims for goods lost or damaged in shipment should be made against carrier. Merchandise can not be accepted for credit or exchange unless our permission has been given for its return."
