Historical information on H & R Block for 1976 Bicentennial Celebration in Waupun, WI H & R Block H & R Block, America's largest income tax service, is located at 999 W. Main Street in an addition to the Sterk Insurance Agency, Westra Realty, Inc. and De Young and Andrle Veterinarians Office building. They moved into their new office in January 1976. H & R Block has been located at 1 1/2 S. Madison for the past ten years, during tax preparation time. Now they wish to expand the service to include book keeping and accounting services for businesses and corporations, as well as the complete income tax service for individuals, farmers and business men. H & R block now operates more than 6,000 offices across the country.
