HISTORY OF KERMEEN CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE
Dr. R. V. Kermeen opened an office for the practice of Chiropractic on October 29, 1949 at 401 1/2 East Main Street. This was on the second floor above Gysber's Food Store. In 1961 Dr. Kermeen purchased the property at 716 West Main Street which was one of the old landmarks of the city of Waupun known as the property. The house on the property was razed and a home-office structure was erected on the site. Dr. Kermeen opened his new office at 716 West Main Street on January 1, 1962. In 1971 the office area was enlarged to provide needed additional space.
There are two black and white photos of the house; one of the home before it was razed and the other of the home-office structure that was erected on the same site at, 716 West Main Street, Waupun. These are attached to this entry as 2016.0075.0072 -2.Acquisition
