Historical information on Waupun Clinic for 1976 Bicentennial Celebration in Waupun, WI. *Facts are typed and was scanned with mistakes, if any, left uncorrected. The Waupun Clinic The Waupun Clinic at 345 N. Madison St., a building of brick & Fond du Lac Stone, built by Henry News Construction Co., was opened for business in Aug., 1958. The Clinic measuring 66x44 feet contains office for the 3 physicians Harmon Hull, Conrod Reslock & Jack Peterson, business offices & patient waiting room and a central working space which includes the XRay department, laboratory, pharmacy, utility & wash rooms. It has 4 zone heating and air-conditiong. Today it houses the Wheeler & Schneider Optometrists & Dr. Masoud A, Farooq, general practioner. The building is on the site of the first home built in Waupun by Seymour Wilcox & it will be landscaped to restore some of the natural beauty, the original settlers wrote about. Drs. Hull & Reslock formed the Waupun Clinic in 1948 & opened offices at 307 E. Main. Dr. Hull started practice in 1933 in Brandon. He entered the Army in 1942. In 1945 after his discharge, he opened a practice in Waupun, starting in Jan. 1946. Dr. Reslock had practiced in Waupun continuously since 1940 except for 3 years, 1943-46, when he served with the Navy. Dr. Jack Peterson joined the Waupun Clinic, July 1953 following completion of his internship at St. Mary's Hospital at Madison. Dr. Wheeler came to town in 195_, and opened his office at 324 1/2 E. Main Street. In 1957 he moved to 14 S. Mill Street & in ________ he moved to 223 E. Main in the old National Bank building. From down town he moved to the clinic at N. Madison Street, which he purchased from........ .
