Forest Mound Cemetry Deed for purchase of Lot No. 156 in Block A by Charles Honisch (Hanisch) in the sum of Fifteen Dollars, dated November 30, 1868. It is very, very fragile; torn at the folds.

FOREST MOUND CEMETRY
DEED
This Indenture, made this 30th day of November A. D. 1868, between THE TRUSTEES OF THE FOREST MOUND CEMETRY ASSOCIATION, Of the village of Waupun in the County of Fond du Lac and State of Wisconsin, parties of the first part, and (handwritten) Charles Hannisch, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Dollars paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold, and by these presents do sell and quit-claim unto the party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever,
Lot No. 156 in Block A in the Forest Mound Cemetry in said Village, County and State, to be used for burial purposes only.
And it is Agreed and Understood by and between the parties that the second party is not to cut any timber or trees standing on said lot without the consent of the Trustees of said Association.
In Witness Whereof. The said Trustees, by their President and Treasurer, have hereunto set their hands and seals, this 30th day of November A.D. 1868.

County of Dodge - ss Be it Remembered, That on this 30th day of November A.D. 1868 personally came G. W. Bly President, and Thomas Oliver Treasurer of the Forest Mound Cemetry Association, to me well known to be the persons who executed the foregoing deed, and acknowledged the execution of the same to be the free act and deed of the said Assocation for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
