Transferred Lucy Newton Wilcox/Seymour Wilcox of Waupun 1/7th share of her inheritance from her father, Jason Newton, to George S. Newton, Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin. This probably was requested by Lena Luck in 1957, based on 2005.0021.0017 (Marriage certificate of Seymour and Lucy Wilcox). Actual Wording: This Indenture made the 13th day of April in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and sixty, and between Seymour Wilcox and Lucy, his wife, of the Village of Waupun, County of Fond du Lac and State of Wisconsin, parties of the first part, and George S. Newton of the Town of Trenton, County of Dodge and State aforesaid, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand --- Dollars to them in hand by confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released and quit claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit claim unto the said party ofthe second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest claims and demands which the said party of the first part ha -- in and to the following described real estate, situation in the County of Addison and State of Vermont, to wit: All the real estate and personal property of the late Jason Newton, deceased, formerly of said Addison County, to which all of which, he, the said Jason Newton, died seized and possesed and to which the said Seymour Wilcox and Lucy, his wife, are entitled as heirs at law in said estate, which is one undivided seventh part thereof...signed in the presence of "E.
