The Libby, McNeill and Libby Plant is Waupun produced cendensed milk for 40 years until closing in 1958. The plant was purchased by Carnation and operated as Carnation until 1987. It was then purchased by Siligan. Presently it major purpose is the manufacting of containers. The 1989 History of Waupun contains an expanded history.Acquisition
