Black and white photo of Mrs. Hubert Neitman, organizer and leader of Weeping Willow Club. No date is given but possibly from the mid 50s because she was responsible for the club's beginning in 1955. She had worked with 4-H clubs since 1935, and was still serving as project leader and club advisor for Weeping Willow at the time of her death in 1974. This photo was in with paperwork compiled for historical information about the Weeping Willow Club for the Waupun 1976 Bicentennial Celebration.Acquisition
