Well kept and prosperous are the farms operated by inmates of Wisconsin's state prison. At farm No. 1 at Waupun, a tractor cuts furrows in fertile land an a prisoner cares for pigs. Within the prison walls, inmates husk corn for canning. Much of the produce is used in state welfare institutions.Acquisition
