Postcard, Library, Museum, Carnegie, #88. Postcard of the "Waupun Public Library." This is a Carnegie building. Andrew Carnegie (1835 - 1919) gave the money to build the building. The cornerstone is dated 1904. This card is postmarked 1910. Note that "Library" is mispelled on the front of the card.
