About 40 protesters, mostly women and children members of WAIT II, marched Sunday near the main gate of the Waupun Correctional Institution at Waupun. The marchers carried signs and balloons and chanted for private family visitation rights. WAIT II i an organization that seeks community support for prisoners who will be returning to their communities.Acquisition
