Visiting hours at Waupun Correctional Institution are filled with both the joy of sharing a few hours with loved ones and the tension of enforced behavior. Among the forbidden activities are games, card playing an singing. Two disses and two embraces are permitted during each visit. Right: Mary Moeke (center) and Sheri Cayo walked toward the prison entrance as Cayo's daughter, Sheri Ann, ran ahead.
