Catholic prisoners at Waupun state prison (Waupun Correctional Inst.), attending dedication ceremonies of the new chapel heard a sermon by the Very Rev. Theodore Eickholtz, of Mount St. Francis, Ind. The Protestant dedication will be Sunday. The $82,000 brick structure is the prison's first separate chapel building. A room in another building was formerly used. The chapel can seat 285 and will be used by all denominations.Acquisition
