Life goes on pretty much as usual in Waupun and in the Town of Allouez, despite the presence of prisons in both communities. In the Town of Allouez, youngsters play in a home's back yard against the wall of the Green Bay Correctional Institution. Waupun residents work, play and study in homes just outside the Waupun Correctional Institution. Many say they feel safe and don't even notice the prisons.Acquisition
