Info from article dated May 25, 1986 - While serving time at Waupun Correctional Institution, Karleton Armstrong, posed fro a portrait in the mid-1970s. He was paroled in 1980 after serving 8 years of his 23-year-sentence. Info from article not dated: Dwight and Karleton Armstrong: Brothers arrested in UW bombing, Karleton was arrested in 1972 in Canada, served eight years of a 14-year prison sentence and was paroled. Dwight was arrested in Toronto in 1976, served three years of a seven-year prison term and was paroled. In 1989, the pair attended a UW reunion of former anti-war activists, during which Karleton apologized fo tactical errors he and others made in the bombing, which blunted the anti-war movement in Madison.
