Postcard, Corrections, Wisconsin State Prison, Warden's Residence. Warden's Residence postcard. Postcard showing the Warden's Residence in Waupun, Wisconsin. The warden's residence was on the corner of Madison and Brown Street. The home has been torn down and that area is now occupied by the prison. Notice you can see the prison on the left side of the photo. There was quite a large stable, barn behind the house. A warden's residence was built on South Watertown Street, Highway 26. This warden't residence was eventually sold by the state and is now a private residence. This postcard was sent on September 10, 1909. The address is in Switzerland.Acquisition
