Hot on the job after punctures.
Shaler Vulcanizer improved for balloon tires.
Easiest To Put On - Hardest To Get Off
The Famous SHALER PATCH Now IMPROVED for Balloon Tires
Everybody knows that Balloon Tires, with all their advantages, pick up even more punctures than the old tires did. Whether Ford or Packard, it's all the same you can't drive on flat Balloon Tire for a hundred feet without doing great damage to casing and tube.
Consequently it is now more important than ever that you be prepared to make permanent repairs in emergencies. When your spare is punctured you've got to do something. Your repairs must hold up under harder service than patches have ever known.
The Shaler Patch is designed for just such service. Even when another puncture flattens the tire and the patch is dragged and pounded and scraped around inside of the casing - the Shaler still sticks because it is Vulcanized (welded with heat) before it ever goes into the casing.
Yet with all this remarkable ability to stick to a tube, the Shaler remains the easiest and quickest, way to fix punctures when you have to – much easier than sticking on old-fashioned patches.
Motorists have mended hundreds of millions of punctures with their Shafer Vulcanizers during the past ten years. The best tire shops use this simple method for their customers' tubes. They Vulcanize first, and make it Last.

Make This Test
Take your pliers and try to loosen the Improved Shaler Patch. It can't be done without tearing pieces out of the tube. Positively will not blow through over the puncture, for the patch is as tough as the tube.
