Parks, Wilcox, Cemetery, Old Waupun Cemetery. To the Common Council of the City of Waupun, dated Waupun, Wis. August 5th, 1914. The undersigned citizens of the City of Waupun and residents thereof, petition your body, to take such steps as may be legal or necessary, by securing a legislative act if required, for the vacating of the old Waupun Cemetery, corner of East Lincoln and South Watertown streets, and the removal of the remains therein to some proper place for reinterment. Original signatures plus early photograph of what the cemetery looked like, taken from the corner of Watertown and Lincoln streets, approximately 1915.
