Other visitors of note at the Jubilee will include direct descendants of the first settlers and the new Alice in Dairyland. The crowning of the Jubilee queen and her court will take place Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, followed by a three hour sales event. A gathering of the state's square dancers in a city parking lot will also help liven the Jubilee Wednesday night.
A Hootenanny featuring many of the area folk singers will be held at 8 P.M. Thursday at the City Hall.
Two 90 minute free acts will be presented Friday and Saturday during the afternoon and evening.
The climax of the celebration will be Saturday with the parade at 11 A.M., the two free shows, Kiwanis beard growing contest Saturday evening, the annual community fire works display and the Jubilee Ball at theWaupun National Guard armory from 9:30 P. M. until 1:30 P.M.
A nationally known carnival will open its gates on the high school athletic field Tuesday and will continue in operation until Saturday night.
