Phone No. 920-324-7931.Civil War Reunion. 13 Men - All over 74. It was on Labor day in September, 1920, that this group of 13 mem posed in front of the Albert Luck blacksmith shop, located where the J.P. Oleson cabinet shop at present. Youngest person in the group was Charles Ihde, seventh from the left, who was only 74. Others from left to right, and their ages at that time, are: R.L. Oliver, 86; M Chase, 81; Joe Wilkes, 84; Mathew Cole, 78, Wallace Cole, 80; C.H. Lindsay, 80; Mr. Ihde; Prentice Carrington, 75; Dr. Turner, 75; I. Yarland, 77; William Wells, 80; H. C. Curtis, 76; and John snyder, 78. Note: there is a scan of the newspaper clipping at 2000.0002.0070. This photo is also found in the 1838-1989 Sesquicentennial book of Waupun, WI. Note: there is a sign which says that Horse-shoeing and custom work, is above the men standing in front of this building. There is also a 48 starred flag which has rows off set.
