There were Fowlers living in Ripon, WI, in 1858...Cicero Fowler was a druggist at Nims & Fowler (Broadway and Blossom streets, Ripon. David Fowler was a farmer; Joseph Fowler was a plow manufacturer who boarded at the Salisbury House in Ripon.
